Residential Cleaning
Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly house cleaning you can set and forget
A premium take on residential cleaning
A clean house should be the default, not a weekend project. Tejeda Cleaning Service handles regular home cleaning across Clarksville and Greater Nashville on a schedule that fits your life: weekly, every two weeks, or once a month. Every visit works from the same checklist you approved, so the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas get the same careful attention each time. We bring our own equipment and safe, effective products, text when we are on the way, and leave the house the way you want to find it. New clients take 25% off the first visit.
This service is a good fit for homeowners and property managers who want a clean, professional result without juggling the details themselves. We handle the prep, the finish work, and the cleanup so the space is ready to enjoy when we're done.
Every project covers the essentials
- Kitchens: counters, sink, stovetop, appliance fronts, floors
- Bathrooms: tubs, showers, toilets, mirrors, fixtures, floors
- Dusting of furniture, shelves, sills, and ceiling fans
- Vacuuming and mopping of all floors
- Beds made and trash emptied on every visit
- Same checklist and same careful crew each time
Four steps from first call to final walkthrough
Walkthrough
We look at the home, talk through what matters most to you, and note any surfaces that need special care.
Written Checklist
A room-by-room list of what gets cleaned, a set price, and the schedule that works for you.
First Deep Visit
Most homes start with a deeper first clean so the regular visits can keep everything at that level.
Regular Visits
We show up in the window we promised, clean from the list, and text you when we are done.
